Information Intermediaries:
An intermediary is a party or person acting as an intermediate between two parties.
The intermediary acts as a channel for services supplied to clients by providers. Usually, the intermediary (middleman) adds some value to the contract that might not be possible with direct dealing.
- The key function of the information intermediaries is to provide sufficient information to the users as quickly as possible to meet their needs.
